Our return period is 14 days after receiving your order. You can request a return within this period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns without prior request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the problem.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can purchase the desired item separately.
Refunds We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved.
